Southwestern Energy needed a new ERP to be implemented across departments and to replace their existing system. We deployed Enterprise Upstream, as well as integrated it with TEL. A more robust reporting, management and operations system was implemented while scaling team size and utilizing an onsite/remote delivery model according to project requirements. This allowed our team to cut down costs of the traditional delivery model by at least 30%.
Huge cost savings throughout the company followed implementation of the new systems in Joint Venture Accounting (Finance), Production Management, Revenue/Settlement, and Partner Balancing (Operations) departments. Both TEL and EBS Integrations and Reporting were SLA compliant and on budget. We continue to provide production support through a global delivery model.
